Harlia CoxPublished Wednesday, April 28, 2004 in the Nevada County PicayuneHarlia Maria Ward Cox, 62, of Falcon died Thursday, April 22, 2004, at St. Michael's Hospital in Texarkana. Mrs. Cox was born October 5, 1941, in Waldo. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Lois Ward and by a brother, Rodger Ward. Survivors include her husband, Arval Cox of Falcon; three daughters, Rhonda Ramirez of Pittsburg, Texas; Millie Knight and Gina Baker of Falcon; two sisters, LaDon Jester of Kirby and Pam Jones of Bastrop, La.; one grandson; seven granddaughters; and one great-granddaughter. Graveside services were held Saturday, April 24, 2004, at Falcon Cemetery with Mickey May officiating under the direction of Smith Funeral Home of Stamps.
