Nettie PulaskiPublished Wednesday, April 21, 2004 in the Gurdon TimesNettie "Cuppie" Currin Pulaski, 81, of Gurdon died April 14, 2004, at Baptist Health Medical Center-Arkadelphia. She was born June 27, 1922, in Sparkman, the daughter of the late Bud and Nona Bell Hudson Ashley. She was a homemaker, and was preceded in death by her husband, George "Jesse" Pulaski, and one daughter, Paulett Pulaski. Survivors include: three daughters, George Etta Pulaski of Baton Rouge, La., Priscilla Fawn Perkins of Donaldson and Barbara Allan Jones of Bandero, Texas; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral were be at 10 a.m. Friday in Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home with Rev. Nathan Rogers officiating. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Abused Women and Children Independent Living, P.O. Box 924, Arkadelphia, Ark. 71923. Visitation was from 6-8 p.m. Friday, April 16, at the funeral home.
