Mary StittPublished Wednesday, April 21, 2004 in the Gurdon TimesMary Lu Stitt, 89, of Gurdon died Tuesday, April 13, 2004. Mrs. Stitt was co-owner of Earl's Cafi and a member of the First United Methodist Church. Survivors include: sister, Artis Ann Knight of Alexander; five nieces; two grandnephews and one grandniece. Services were held Friday at the Horne Chapel with Rev. Rusty Jones officiating. Burial followed in the Rose Hedge Cemetery under the direction of Horne Funeral Home of Gurdon.
