Roger Ashbrook

Mr. Roger B. Ashbrook, 51, of Prescott, died Thursday, January 8, 2004, in Christus St. Michael Hospital in Texarkana, Tex.

He was born August 30, 1952, in Prescott to Doyle and Elsie Glenn Buchanon Ashbrook.

He was a mechanic and musician. He was a member of Westside Church of Christ in Prescott.

He was preceded in death by his parents and by one brother, Glindon Ashbrook.

Survivors include, four brothers, L.D. "Lee" Ashbrook of Austin, Tex., Carroll Wayne Ashbrook of Reva, Va., Danny Lynn Ashbrook of Jonesboro, and Tim Ashbrook of Prescott; two sisters, Sharon Myers of Bluff City and Sandra Hildebrand of Prescott; 16 nieces, nephews, and several great-nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were 2 p.m. Sunday, January 11, 2004, at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home Chapel in Prescott, with Rev. Neal Ridling officiating. Burial followed in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Prescott. Arrangements by Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott.

Family received friends Saturday, January 10, 2004, from 6-8 p.m. at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott.
