Circus Here The 16th

It has been announced that the Gurdon Chamber of Commerce has signed a contract with the Kelly Miller Circus for the exhibition of an all new 1999 show. The circus will roll into town on Friday, April 16, at the Gurdon Municipal Airport.

Everyone is invited to come out and watch the animals being unloaded and fed, and the elephants raising the big top.

Activities will begin at 7:30 a.m. The tent will be raised between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. Guides will be furnished for school groups and anyone attending.

The traditional 'old style' circus will present two performances at 4:30 and 7:30 p.m.

Those who buy their tickets in advance help the Gurdon Chamber of Commerce more than if they tickets are bought at the door.

This year promises to be more exciting than ever with many new acts and entertainers to amaze and amuse you. Come out and enjoy a day of fun filled excitement at the circus.
