Web Page Seminar SetPublished Wednesday, April 7, 1999 in the Gurdon TimesThe Henderson State University (HSU) Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in cooperation with the Arkadelphia Chamber of Commerce will hold a hands-on training session teaching attendees how to create their own web pages. The workshop will be held April 8 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. in Room 127 of Caplinger Hall on the campus of HSU. Timothy Lee, computer training specialist from the Arkansas Small Business Development Center, will be presenting the seminar. Small business owners and employees as well as individuals who anticipate becoming small business owners are encouraged to participate. The seminar will help the attendees to develop a basic small business web site using hypertext markup language (HTML). Each attendee will receive a comprehensive workbook and a disk with HTML editor and clip art. A fee of $25 will be charged for the seminar. Limited seating is available. Ownership of all Nevada County Picayune content from the beginning of the newspaper, including predecessors, until May 2001 was contributed by the John and Betty Ragsdale family to the Prescott Community Freenet Association.
