Cathy ClinganPublished Wednesday, November 19, 2003 in the Nevada County PicayuneCathy Lynn Clingan, 47, of Uniontown, died Friday, November 14, 2003, in the Uniontown Hospital. She was born January 18, 1956, in Uniontown. Preceding her in death were her father, George E. Clingan, Sr. and a sister, Lois Lambert. Surviving are her mother, Geraldine Paugh Harshman of Uniontown; two children, Lonnie Tharp of Biloxi, Miss., and Christina Milam of Olympia, Wash.; two grandchildren, Stephanie and Jessica Milam; a sister, Charlotte Noble of Orlando, Fla.; and three brothers, George Clingan, Jr. of Charleroi, Penn., Frank Clingan and his wife Esther of Hensley, and Doug Clingan of Uniontown, Penn. Mrs. Cingan was school teacher employed by the School of Hope in Hope, and a member of the Uniontown Central Christian Church. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Jerome W.
