While Christmas is still three months away, the Prescott-Nevada County Chamber of Commerce has the second round of limited edition ornaments in.

Mary Godwin, executive director of the Chamber, said this year's ornaments are blue and have a picture of the railroad depot on them. This shot is of the depot as it was in 1912.

The ornaments are $10 each, she said, and a stand for them can be purchased for an additional $2.50.

Godwin said this is a limited edition and there will only be one order. The Chamber has about 300 ornaments on hand and they're going fast.

Anyone wanting one of the ornaments can call the Chamber at 887-2101 to reserve it, or go by and pick it up.

These ornaments, Godwin said, are being done to showcase historical landmarks in Nevada County.

In addition, there are a few of the 2002 ornaments left. The inaugural ornaments had a depiction of the old Nevada County Courthouse on them. They, too, are $10 each.

Once these ornaments are gone, no more will be reordered, so anyone planning to get one should do so as soon as possible.
