Ohel DaniellPublished Wednesday, September 10, 2003 in the Nevada County PicayuneMrs. Ohel Naomi Rhodes Daniell, 93, of Prescott, died Monday, September 1, 2003, in Hillcrest Care and Rehab in Prescott. She was born Novmeber 7, 1909, in Nevada County, to Captain Hillard and Janie Mildred Bryson Rhodes. She was a homemaker and devoted wife and mother. She was a member of the Nazarene Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Guy Daniell, who died in 1996; one son, Hillard Daniell; two son-in-laws, Joe B. Hinson and George T. Garrett; and two brothers, Roy L. Rhodes and Adrian Talmadge. Her survivors include: three daughters, Lauvenia Hinson of Little Rock, Myra Peachey and Ernest and Joyce Martin and Bobby all of Prescott; one brother, Coy C. Rhodes of Shreveport; one sister, Ollie Matson of Shreveport; 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were 4 p.m. Tuesday, September 2, 2003, at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home Chapel in Prescott with Rev. Raymond Hicks officiating. Burial followed in Friendship Cemetery in Cale. Arrangements by Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott. Family received friends Tuesday, September 2, 2003, beginning at 2 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
