Julia Milligan

Julia Kathleen Milligan, 67, of Emmet, died Monday, August 11, 2003, at her home.

She was born October 24, 1935, in the Mt. View Community east of Cave City to Burrell and Alice (Lawrence) Crabtree.

She was a homemaker and a member of Laneburg United Pentecostal Church at Laneburg.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Dick Crabtree.

Survivors include her husband, Rev. O'Neal Milligan of the home; two sons, Gary Milligan of Sulphur Rock and Billy Milligan of Dallas, Texas; one daughter, Carol Williams of Brookhaven, Miss.; three brothers, Dale Crabtree of Beebe, Darrell Crabtree of Sulphur Rock and Rev. Doyne Crabtree of Benton; two sisters, Jo Ann Liles of Charlotte and Mary Wooldridge of North Little Rock; four grandchildren, Chad Milligan of Melbourne, Coleman Milligan of Dallas, Tex., Jared Williams and Brittany Williams both of Brookhaven, Miss.; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were Wednesday, August 13, 2003, at 2 p.m. at the First Church, U.P.C. located in Batesville with Rev. B.J. Thomas, Rev. Steven Williams and Rev. M.D. Parmley officiating. Burial was in the Mt. View Cemetery located East of Cave City with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville.

Visitation was Tuesday, August 12, 2003, from 6-8 p.m.

Pallbearers were Jared Williams, Chad Milligan, Randal Crabtree, Anthony Crabtree, Rev. Burrell Crabtree and Jerry Crabtree.
