Shirley RogersPublished Wednesday, July 23, 2003 in the Nevada County PicayuneMrs. Shirley Ann Rogers, 67, of Prescott, died Friday, July 18, 2003, at her home. She was born April 21, 1936, in Camden, to Ottis and Mildred Frizzell Harper. She was a retired credit department clerk from Sanger/Harris Department Store in Dallas. She was a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her son, Bobby Bearden. Her survivors include: one daughter, Marjorie "Lynn" Reed of Wylie, Texas; one sister, Judy Gray of Camden; three grandchildren, Jennifer Kuhn of Gurdon and Jackie Buck and Alisha Buck Helt both of Wylie, Texas; and two great-grandchildren, Madison Helt and Alexandra Buck. Graveside services were 3 p.m. Monday, July 21, 2003, at Camden Memorial Park Cemetery in Camden with Rev. Ricky Burke officiating. Burial followed. Arrangements by Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott. Family received friends Sunday, July 20, 2003, from 5-7 p.m. at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home.
