Tuck Hisaw

Tuck Hisaw, 86, of Gurdon, died Thursday, July 10, 2003.

Mr. Hisaw was a foreman for International Paper Co. and a member of Beech Street Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Nellie E. Otwell Hisaw of Gurdon; one son, Kendall Hisaw and wife, Viola of Morgan City, La.; one daughter, Amelia Ligon and husband, Billy of Meridian, Miss.; two brothers, henry Hisaw of Columbian, S.C., and Harvey S. Hisaw of Columbus, Ga.; two sisters, Vera DePrima of Mesa, Ariz., and Hilda Lee of Washington; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by a grandson, Keith Robertson.

Funeral services were held Sunday, July 13, at the Horne Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. James Guthrie and Rev. Rick Pryon officiating. Burial will be in Brown Cemetery by Horne Funeral Home, Gurdon.
