Joe Don RocolePublished Wednesday, April 7, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneJoe Don Rocole, 23, of Prescott died Saturday, April 3, 1999, in Magnolia. Mr. Rocole was born February 13, 1976, in Arkadelphia to Don and Norma Lee Self Rocole. He was a student at Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia. He was a Baptist and a member of the U.S. Army National Guard. Survivors include his father, Don Rocole of Prescott; his mother, Norma Lee Self Rocole of Prescott; one brother, Teddy Rocole of Magnolia; one sister, Mindy Rocole of Garden City, Mo.; paternal grandmother, Alta Freeman of Prescott; maternal grandmother, Evelyn Self of Vendor; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. There was a funeral service Tuesday, April 6, at Brazzel-Cornish Funeral Home Chapel in Prescott with Rev. Gary Turner officiating. Another funeral service will be held today, Wednesday, April 7, at 2 p.m. at Nail Baptist Church in Nail with Rev. Bobby Young officiating. Burial will be in Nail Cemetery.
