Syble TaylorPublished Wednesday, June 18, 2003 in the Nevada County PicayuneMrs. Syble Mitchell Taylor, 82, of Blevins, died Thursday, June 12, 2003, at her home. She was born July 16, 1920, in Blevins to B.W. and Ethel White Mitchell. She was a homemaker and mother. She was a member of the Bruce Memorial United Methodist Church in Blevins. She was preceded in death by her husband, John T. Taylor, who died in 1992. Her survivors include three sons, Robert M. "Bobby" Taylor and Jackie of Blevins, John "Johnny" Taylor and Sherry of Iowa, La., and Thomas "Tommy" Taylor and Jane of Benton. La.; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were 11 a.m., Saturday, June 14, 2003, at Bruce Memorial United Methodist Church in Blevins, with Dr. Tandy Hanson and Rev. J.R. Callicott officiating. Burial was in Marlbrook Cemetery in Blevins. Arrangements by Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott.
