Otis Perry Jr.

Otis Frency' Perry, Jr., 55, of Texarkana, Texas, died Monday, June 2, 2003, in an Adrian, Mich., hospital.

Mr. Perry was born Feb. 7, 1948, in Forked Island, La.

He was an evangelist and an Air Force veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Jean CJ' Perry of Texarkana; seven sons, William Jamie Black of Amity, Andrew Todd Perry and Christopher Jude Perry of Baton Rouge, La., Harold Brett Black of Somerville, Tenn., Jonathan Wayne Perry of Kaplan, Jeffrey Scott Black of Tucson, Ariz., and Stephen Matthew Perry of Texarkana; two brothers, Loicey J. Perry and Stephen J. Perry of Kaplan; six sisters, Rose Nunez of Abbeville, La., Eula Mae Bonnett of Scott, La., Shirley David, Mary Lou Meaux and Delores Hardgrave of Kaplan, and Glenda Van Eaton of Lafayette, La.; and nine grandchildren.

Services were held Monday, June 2, at Faith Christian Church with Tracy Harris and Jerry Hunt officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Vincents Funeral Home. Memorial services were held June 4 at Family Word Church, in Texarkana, Texas.
