Jimmie McDanielPublished Wednesday, June 4, 2003 in the Gurdon TimesJimmie Nell McDaniel, 69 of Gurdon, died Thursday, May 29, 2003. Mrs. McDaniel was a retired nurses aid at Nevada County Hospital and a member of Center Point Baptist Church. Survivors include sons, David McDaniel and Danny McDaniel, both of Gurdon; daughter, Debbie Haynie of Hope; two brothers, Nobe Chumley of Wellman, Texas, and Homer Chumley of Broken Arrow, Okla.; sister, Net Sword of Bakersfield, California; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and one step-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Tisha. Graveside services were Saturday, May 31, at South Fork Cemetery with arrangements by Horne Funeral Home of Gurdon.
