Hope all had a happy Easter. A lot of families got together for the holiday.

Our church decorated a cross with flowers. It was a beautiful service. The cross was covered with chicken wire and the congregation put flowers on it.

J.D. and Marie Allen, Mike and Jackie Allen from Lincoln and Pat Wilbanks of Little Rock met at Camden with the Raymond Butlers and her sisters. They are J.D.'s nieces. They reported a good day.

Noel Carlton from Nashville and Earlene Butler and I went to Naples, Texas, Friday. We attended Winnie Mitchell Garrett's funeral services. They were from this and the Prescott areaa.

Phyllis Butler, Brandi and little Wendy Butler spent the weekend with grandparents, David and Peggy Butler, from Blevins and great-grandparents Dexter and Earlene Butler. We all enjoyed the baby and had Easter dinner with the Butlers.

There was an Easter egg hunt Saturday for all the young people and older ones, too.

Maudie Miller is back in St. Michael Hospital. She's not doing very well and needs our prayers.

John and Marie Hall and girls from Monroe, La., were visiting their mom Marguerite Dorman. The John Dormans from the Dallas area were also visiting.

Chris, Jennifer and McKenzie Walton were in church Sunday.

Randall and Somer Stevens were in church with parents, Bro. Tom and June Stevens.

The youth sang and Russ Carlton sang two beautiful songs. So we had a great day.

Marie Tye wasn't in church. She has been sick for a few Sundays. Remember her and all the others who are ill.

It is still stormy looking this morning. Sure hope the tornadoes move on.
