Dove Clark

Mrs. Dove Jolly Clark, 91, of Hope, died Wednesday, April 30, 2003, at Medical Park Hospital in Hope.

She was born June 13, 1911, in Murray County, Okla., to J.W. and Linnie Jane Stump Field.

She was a retired elementary school teacher with 34 years teaching. She touched the lives of many families at Woodlands, Davis and Anadarko, Okla. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Hope for 23 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents and eight brothers and sisters.

Her survivors include: one son, Billy Jolly of Prescott; one daughter, June Young and Jack of Hope; three grandchildren, Cathy Kercheval and Les of Hemphill, Texas, Jill and Larry Roverson of Lineville, Ala., and Joe and Katie Young of Prairie Grove; three great-grandchildren, Michael Young, Nathan Young, and Trevor Trammell; several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends in Oklahoma and Arkansas.

Funeral services were 10 a.m. Friday, May 2, 2003, at Calvary Baptist Church in Hope with Rev. Charles Headrick and Rev. Joe Young officiating. Graveside services were 10 a.m. Saturday, May 3, 2003, at Green Hill Cemetery in Davis, Okla. Arrangements under the direction of the Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home in Hope.

Family received friends Thursday, May 1, 2003 from 6-8 p.m. at the Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home in Hope.
