BURGLARIES SOLVEDPublished Wednesday, April 7, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneA recent rash of church burglaries prompted an investigation leading to the arrest of one man. However, the information actually leading to the arrest came from a local citizen. In all, some five churches were burglarized and had their electronic and stereo equipment stolen. These churches include Bluff Springs, Antioch, St. Marks, Harmony and Sweet Home. The tip led to the arrest of Greg Bledsoe, who was charged with theft of property and commercial burglary.
