Billie BullardPublished Wednesday, April 9, 2003 in the Gurdon TimesBillie Faye Bullard, 76, of Gurdon, died Monday, March 31, 2003. Mrs. Bullard was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church in Gurdon and a retired employee of AP&L. Survivors include two brothers, Charles and David Bullard, both of Gurdon; two sisters, Marion McCants of Dover, Tenn., and Barbara Mathis of Camden.
