Thelma Jackson

Thelma Pat' Jackson, 91, of Gurdon died, Sunday, March 30, 2003.

Mrs. Jackson was the administrator of the Gurdon Hospital and a graduate of the School of Nursing at St. Joseph's Regional Hospital in Hot Springs.

She was a member of Beech Street Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Dick Jackson.

Survivors include her son, John H. Jackson and wife, Mary Lou, of Sanford, N.C.; grandson, Jay Jackson and wife, Jennifer, of Holly Springs, N.C.; great-granddaughter, Gracie; her aunts, Aleene King and Ruth McWherter of Hot Springs and a special nephew, Paul Wayne Jackson and wife, Sue, of North Little Rock.

Services were held Wednesday, April 2, at Horne Funeral Chapel with interment in Rose Hedge Cemetery by Horne Funeral Home of Gurdon.
