Gladys Roe

Gladys Roe, 81, of Gurdon, widow of Clide Roe, died Monday, February 24, 2003.

She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Gurdon.

Survivors include: six sons, Dale Roe of Arlington, Tex., Larry Roe of Wareham, Maine, Danny Roe of Chidester, Paul Roe of Arkadelphia, Glenn Roe of Gurdon and Eddie Roe of Hot Springs; two daughters, Kathryn Clark of Arkadelphia and Sherry Karr of Gurdon; one brother, Claudis Nelson of Bluff City; 15 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were 10:30 a.m. Friday, February 28 at the First Baptist Church of Gurdon, with Rev. James Raines and Rev. Paul Sheets officiating. Burial was in Bethlehem Cemetery under the direction of Horne Funeral Home, Gurdon.
