May Wedding Foretold For White And Corder

Foretelling a May wedding is the announcement made by Dr. and Mrs. Dennis White of Jonesboro of the engagement of their daughter, Diana Robyn, to Dallas Wayne Corder, son of Mrs. Barbara Corder of Bono.

Miss White received a degree in speech communication, with a minor in journalism, from Arkansas State University, where she was a member of the Public Relations Student Society of America and the National Communication Association.

She is employed in the biological sciences department of Arkansas State University.

Mr. Corder graduated from Bono High School and is employed by Arkansas Glass Container Corp. in Jonesboro.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Maudena White and the late Mr. Tom W. White of Prescott, and of Col. (Ret.) and Mrs. William Russell of Fayetteville. Miss White's maternal great grandparents are the late Clarence and Doshie Bolls of Prescott. Paternal great grand-parents are the late Neil and Ida White of Prescott.

The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Herman Murphy of Walnut Ridge and the late Mr. and Mrs. John T. Corder of St. Louis, Mo.

The wedding ceremony will be solemnized Saturday, May 22, at 3 p.m. at Temple Baptist Church in Jonesboro.

All friends and relatives are invited to the wedding and to the reception which will follow in Holt fellowship hall at the church.
