Herbert RidgellPublished Wednesday, February 19, 2003 in the Nevada County PicayuneMr. Herbert D. "Herbie" Ridgell, 56, of Prescott, died Saturday, February 15, 2003, at Wadley Regional Medical Center in Texarkana. He was born January 16, 1947, in Prescott to Herbert Andrew and Doris Marie Stone Ridgell. He was a retired supervisor with the Arkansas Development Center in Arkadelphia. He was a member of Boughton Baptist Church of Boughton Community in Prescott. He was preceded in death by his parents. His survivors include: two sons, Jeff Ridgell and Cheri and Robin Ridgell and Elizabeth all of Prescott; one brother, Paul Ridgell and Robyn of Prescott; two sisters, Kay Wren of Prescott and Boletta Crabtree and Terry of Fort Worth, Tex.; and five grandchildren. Funeral services were 2 p.m., Tuesday, February 18, 2003, at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home Chapel in Prescott with Rev. Neal Ridling and Rev. Larry Jones officiating.
