Marion RussellPublished Wednesday, February 12, 2003 in the Gurdon TimesMarion June Russell, 57, of Ashdown, died February 3, 2003. Mrs. Russell was born in Gurdon, on February 19, 1945. She was widowed and a Baptist. Survivors include mother, Opal Daniels of Ashdown; one brother, Joe Daniels of Ashdown; and one sister, Margaret Wise of DeKalb, Texas, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held February 5, at the graveside in Hicks Cemetery, Ashdown, with Rev. James Harris and Rev. Jackie Adams officiating.
