Charles ConasterPublished Wednesday, February 5, 2003 in the Nevada County PicayuneCharles Edward Conaster, 77, of Hope, died Thursday. He was a auto body repairman, a Navy Veteran of WWII and of the Baptist faith. Survivors include: two sons, Michael Edward Conaster of Murfreesboro and Steven Dale Conaster of Michigan, three daughters, Sherry Lynn Treece of Arkadelphia, Angela Kay McCallum of Arkadelphia, and Pamel Faye Key of Hope; two brothers, A.Z. and wife Mary Conaster of Murfreesboro, and Bill and wife Micki Conaster of Mena; one sister, Elizabeth Alford and husband J.W. of Delight; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Graveside services are Saturday at 2 p.m. in Pleasant Home Cemetery near Murfreesboro with Shackelford Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
