Nancy WellsPublished Wednesday, January 22, 2003 in the Gurdon TimesNancy Catherine Wells, 87, of Whelen Springs, died Thursday, January 9, 2003. Mrs. Wells was retired LPN, and a member of the Whelen Springs Baptist Church. Survivors include one son, Tom and his wife, Ruth Wells of Bryant; three sisters, Pauline Bass of Little Rock, Vennie Scoggins of Bryant, and Glendene Sheppard of Phoenix, Arizona; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services were held Saturday, January 11, in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in Rose Hedge Cemetery by Horne Funeral Home of Gurdon.
