He was born October 15, 1968. He was a long time member of Union Baptist Church. He was the son of Jessie "Pete" and Mary Long Jones of Emmet. Survivors include: one daughter, Jessica Jones of Pittsburg, Tex.; his parents, Jessie "Pete" and Mary Long Jones of Emmet; one sister and brother-in-law, Melanie and Chris Peek of Pittsburg, Tex.; and a nephew, Alex Peek, also of Pittsburg, Tex. Services were Thursday, December 19, 2002, at 2 p.m. at Herndon Chapel. Burial in Forest Hill Cemetery in Rosston. Services under the direction of Herndon Funeral Home, Inc. in Hope.
