Mary LyonsPublished Wednesday, December 11, 2002 in the Nevada County PicayuneMary Lee Bissell Lyons, 75, of Nashville, formerly of Prescott, died Sunday, December 1, 2002 in a local hospital. She was born February 4, 1927, in Nashville, to Henry Livingston and Vera Ferguson Bissell. She was a member of Chapel Hill Church of Christ, and loved cooking and taking care of her grandchildren. She was a former teachers aid at Nashville Elementary and former employee of Scott's Store. Her husband, Harold Troy Lyons, preceded her in death December 1997. Survivors include: Ronnie and Bill Lyons both of Nashville, and Gary Lyons of Kohala, Hawaii; one daughter, Ann Frost of Nashville; one brother, Wayne Bissell of Nashville, five grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. Services were held 2 p.m. Friday, December 6, 2002, at Nashville Funeral Home Chapel with Ray Nation and Danny White officiating.
