Earlene Gattis

Earlene Gattis, 65, of Arkadelphia, died Thursday at her home.

She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Gurdon.

Survivors include: one son, Keith and wife, Lita Gattis of Benton; one daughter, Kathy and husband Ricky Francis of Arkadelphia; her mother Estelle Bear of Gurdon; five brothers: Loyd Bear of Little Rock, Gilbert Bear of Benton, Bobby Bear of Union Point, Ga., Wayne Bear of Arkadelphia, and Roy Bear of Partsmouth, New Hampshire; two sisters: Joyce Parrish of Murfreesboro and Beverly Sharo of Houston, Tex.; three grandchildren: Brittany Francis, Kristin Gattis and Lauren Gattis.

Earlene was proceeded in death by her father, Dempsey Bear and a brother, Billy Jim Bear.

Funeral services were Saturday morning at 10 a.m. at Horne Funeral Home of Gurdon with burial following at Bethlehem Cemetery.
