William McGuirePublished Wednesday, October 2, 2002 in the Nevada County PicayuneMr. William R. "Bill" McGuire, 68, of Prescott, died Saturday, September 28, 2002, at Medical Park Hospital in Hope. He was born on July 12, 1934, in Prescott, to William P. and Belvia Ammons McGuire. He was a member of Central Baptist Church in Prescott and attended White Oak Grove Baptist Church in DeAnn. Survivors include, his wife, Mary Lou White McGuire of Prescott; five daughters, Susan Kay McGuire of Hope, Mary Catherine Woodring of Anderson, Indiana, Brenda Ann McGuire of Hope, Beverly Jo McGuire of Conway and Linda Lou McGuire Haines of Hope; four sisters, Ruth Hazel Reyenga of Prescott, Helen F. Glass of Magnolia, Nell Avery and Carolyn Jones both of Prescott; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were at 2 p.m., Monday, September 30, 2002, at Central Baptist Church in Prescott, with Rev. Loyd Roper and Rev. Kem Reeder officiating.
