Marie LambertPublished Wednesday, September 11, 2002 in the Nevada County PicayuneMrs. Marie Lambert, 81, of Prescott, died Friday, September 6, 2002, at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. She was born on October 8, 1920, in Vilonia, to Oscar and Flossie McCorkle O'Quinn. She was retired fro the Prescott School Systems as a cafeteria worker after 35 years, and then worked at the Wolves Drive-In for 22 years. She was a member of the Prescott Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Lambert. Survivors include: two sons, Joe Lambert of Bodcaw and Tony Lambert of Prescott; one daughter, Jan Faulkner of Emmet, one brother, Granville, O'Quinn of Madesto, California; two sisters, Marthel Hoggard of Jacksonville and Nelda Florence of Amarillo, Texas; nine grandchildren, Tammy Ferguson of Dallas, Texas, Scott Lambert of Bodcaw, Jeff Dickerson of Prescott, Tina Allen of Dallas, Texas, David Adkins of Prescott, Mike Adkins of Dallas, Texas, Scott Adkins of Dallas, Texas, Renee Faulkner of Emmet and Gary Don Faulkner of Emmet; and 16 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were 3 p.m., Sunday, September 8, 2002, at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home Chapel in Prescott, with Mr. Howard Horton and Rev. Jerry G. Westmoreland officiating. Burial was in DeAnn Cemetery in Prescott. Arrangements by Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott. Family received friends, Saturday, September 7, 2002, from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
