Auction scheduled by Chamber

An auction to benefit the Gurdon Chamber of Commerce and the Gurdon Auditorium Project is scheduled for August 15 at the Gurdon High School Cafetorium.

A committee for planning and executing the auction is made up of Anita Cabe, Linda Bittle, Julia Smithson, Kelly Clark, Michelle Babineaux and Theresa Hayes.

The committee has already begun to collect items for the auction. Some of the items collected include: a stay in the Cabe's condo, Clayton Franklin has donated a piano, Kelli Clark and Michelle Babineaux donated a free house cleaning and a weekend stay at the Henderson House Bed and Breakfast.
