Linda BrasherPublished Wednesday, June 19, 2002 in the Nevada County PicayuneMrs. Linda R. Lowdermilk Brasher, 43, of Brandon, Mississippi and formerly of El Dorado, died Friday, June 14, at her home. She was a housewife and mother. She was a graduate of both El Dorado High School and Louisiana Tech with a B.A. degree. She was a member Pine Lake Baptist Church, Resourvoir Area, Brandon, Mississippi. She was a Daughter of the Confederacy. Her survivors include: her husband, Charles S. Brasher of Brandon, Miss.; one son, Ben Henry Brasher of Brandon, Miss.; one daughter, Daisy Elizabeth of Brandon, Miss.; her parents, Winzel Matthew and Ruthal Avery Lowdermilk of El Dorado; and one sister, Karen Lowdermilk Welch of Richardson, Texas. Funeral services were at 2 p.m., Monday, June 17, at Pleasant Ridge Methodist Church, in Prescott, with Rev. Roy Perdue officiating. Burial was in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Prescott. Arrangements by Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott. Family received friends Sunday, June 16, 2002, from 2-4 p.m. at the funeral home.
