Diane CrawfordPublished Wednesday, June 19, 2002 in the Nevada County PicayuneMrs. Diane M. Crawford, 43, of Hope, died Sunday, June 16, in Medical Park Hospital in Hope. She was born on November 21, 1958, in New Orleans, La., to John G. and Wanda Seaton Madden. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by two daughters and by her father, John G. Madden. Her survivors include: her husband, Mike Crawford of Hope; one son, Allen Wayne Crawford of Hope; her mother, Wanda Seaton Madden of Hope; two uncles, Larry Seaton of Hope and William Martin Seaton, of Charleston; and three aunts, Alice Rogers of Hope, Helen Cunningham of Marrero, La., Anna Cotter of Enid, Okla. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, June 18, at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home Chapel of Hope, with Rev. Bobby Joe Wright officiating. Burial was in Shover Springs Cemetery in Shover Springs, arrangements by Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home in Hope. Family received friends, Monday, June 17, 2002 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
