Mary CabePublished Wednesday, May 15, 2002 in the Gurdon TimesMary Charlotte Cabe, 91 of Gurdon, died Friday, May 10. Cabe was the widow of C. Louis Cabe, a member of First United Methodist Church, Lydia Wright Club, Kadohadacho Club and United Methodist Women. Survivors include one son, Charles L. and Anita Cabe of Gurdon; one daughter, Marianne C. and Chuck Long of Tyler, Texas; sister Annie Culp of Burleson, Texas; five grandchildren, Clay Cabe, Charlotte Barto, Martha Long, Rebecca Gum, and Carolyn Long; and one great-grandchild, Jack Barto. Funeral services were May 13, at the First United Methodist Church of Gurdon, with interment in Rose Hedge Cemetery by Horne Funeral Home, Gurdon.
