Cleo Dillard

Cleo Brown Dillard, 94, of Roland, Oklahoma passed away Friday, April 26, in Muldrow, Oklahoma.

Dillard was born April 22, 1908, in Oak Leaf, the daughter of John Wesley Brown and Mary Fiarish Brown.

She was married to Royal Dillard in November of 1931 in Gurdon. She was an active member of the Prime Timers group at First Baptist Church, Muldrow, Okla., and a 50-year member of the Home Demonstration Club where she had served as president.

Mr. Dillard preceded her in death on January 8, 1969, in Gurdon. Also preceding her in death were; two sisters, Pauline Henry and Mable Guyse; and one brother, Fred Brown.

Survivors include three brothers, John W. Brown and James Brown of Gans, Okla., Linville Brown of Livingston, Texas; and other relatives and friends.

Services were held Tuesday, April 30, at First Baptist Church of Muldrow, Okla. with Rev. Tim Ohls officiating. Graveside services were held at Southfork Cemetery in Gurdon with Rev. Edward Anderson officiating.

Serving as pallbearers were Dennis Cash, Pat O'Bryan, Jack Daily, Bud McDaniel, Larry Ellis, Alan Lawson, and Gary Condren.
