Kindergarten Are Changed By LegislatorsPublished Wednesday, April 21, 1999 in the Gurdon TimesThe age for beginning kindergarten was changed in the recent legislature. If your child will be five years old on or before the date of September 15, he or she needs to be pre-registered at the Gurdon Primary School. There have already been two pre-registration dates of April 12 and 13. If you did not register your child for kindergarten on those days, you should come to the Gurdon Primary School between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. To pre-register, bring the following items with you: the child's birth certificate, the child's social security card and the child's immunization record.
