The Gurdon Senior Adult Center wishes to thank Billy Wells for donating flower arrangements for the tables. We appreciate those who have donated to the center in anyway.

Bingo was played Monday, Musicmakers sang at the nursing home in Arkadelphia Tuesday, and Tommy and Dorothy Hays were at the center Thursday to work with the square dancers. It has been some time since they danced. It is lots of fun and good exercise. Friday the senior adults went back to their childhood days and did some coloring. Our work will be judged by the Gurdon Head Start children.

The monthly council meeting will be April 20, and that will also be dine-out night for the senior adults. Jerry Don Childers will bring some of the children to sing on April 21.

The center is greatly blessed by all the volunteer time that our community donates to the center.

We are proud of Martha Bearden for the fine job she is doing as activity director.

The center is a program of Central Arkansas Development Council and is a United Way

Agency.
