Raymnd BirdsongPublished Wednesday, January 30, 2002 in the Nevada County PicayuneRaymond Edward "Ray" Birsong, 37, of Prescott, formerly of Little Rock, died Saturday, January 26, 2002, at University of Arkansas Medical Services (UAMS), in Little Rock. He was born April 25, 1964, in Prescott to Ed and Anna Davis Birdsong. He was a registered nurse. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Prescott. He is survived by his parents: Ed and Anna Birdson of Prescott; two sisters: Tina Johnson and Dan of Wake Village, Texas, and Gaye Vanderbilt and Jeff of Prescott; one nephew, Josh Wicker of Prescott; four nieces, Anna Johnson and Leah Johnson both of Wake Village, Katelyn Wicker of Prescott and Tracy Vanderbilt of Prescott. Memorial services will be 2 p.m., Saturday, February 2, 2002, at First Presbyterian Church, in Prescott with Rev. Robin Nygaard officiating.
