Animals available at shelter

The Humane Society of Clark County has plenty of loveable pets available for holiday gift giving.

Every little girl or boy wishes to have a pet at some time or another. Why not let them pick the one they want and give a pet a good home.

At this time the Humane Society is full of animals and is unable to take in any more until some of the ones they have find good homes. The employees hate to have to turn any pet away, but sometimes there is no choice.

However, there are some kind souls out there who serve as foster homes for the pets.

Recently a beagle/basset hound mix named Flash was posted on the Humane Society website. A woman in Texas saw Flash and had to have him. Flash was adopted and now resides in Texas.
