After losing a yard on first down, Vanhook reversed field on a sweep right, and fought his way to the Ashdown 44. A facemask call against the Panthers added five more to the play.

Zach Martin missed connection with Eli Ratcliff on first down, but found Vanhook at the 27 on the next play.

Following a time out with seven seconds left, Martin was sacked.

Prescott Coach Kirk Armitage tried to get a time out, but the buzzer sounded before the officials bothered to look his way.

The Wolves went to the air to get the second half underway.

Starting at the Prescott 35 after the ball was kicked out of bounds, Martin hit Vanhook with a screen to the 38.

A couple of rushing plays lost back to the 32 and Prescott had to punt.

Casey Ward's kick traveled to the Panther 32, but was wiped out as Ashdown was flagged for clipping.

This allowed Prescott to maintain possession at midfield.

Martin missed two straight passes before finding Jared Norwood at the Panther 31 to keep the drive alive.

He then winged a pass to Martel Woodley at the 18. A roughing the passer call put the Wolves within shouting distance of the Panther goal line at the nine.

It looked as though the Wolves were going to score when Martin connected with Vanhook at the two. Vanhook fumbled, but managed to recover the ball.

Then the bottom fell out. Prescott was hit with a holding call on the play and lost 10 yards back to the 12.

This was followed by a procedure penalty and the loss of five more yards to the 17.

Martin was unable to hit Norwood or Woodley on first and second down, and was intercepted by Josh Miller at the eight.

Miller returned the pick to the 35 with 7:35 left in the third.

Five plays later, Ashdown held a 28-0 lead, as Aylett hit Fricks with a four-yard touchdown pass at the 6:01 mark of the period.

Ashdown successfully converted a two-point conversion.

Vanhook took the kick at the three, returning it to the 26 for Prescott.

Three plays later, though, Ward punted to the Panther 38, as Prescott's offense continued to sputter.

Ashdown marched downfield, getting to the Prescott one before Fricks lost the handle and turned the ball over with 1:21 showing.

Armitage gambled and went to the air. Prescott was immediately aided by an interference call against the Panthers, and had some breathing room at the 16.

Woodley gained six on the next play, before Martin found Norwood at the 30. Ashdown was again flagged for pass interference, with the penalty tacked on after the play. This put the ball at the 45.

Martin connected with Jason Butler at the Panther 34 as the third quarter came to an end.

Keeping with the passing game, Martin missed twice to start the final 12 minutes, but then hit Norwood at the 16 to keep the drive alive.

This, though, was followed by a delay of game call against Prescott, costing the Wolves five precious yards.

Martin couldn't hit Butler on first down, and was picked off by Adam Cobb at the one. Cobb returned the interception to the 12 with 10:37 on the clock.

Ashdown ran nine plays and took 4:32 off the clock as the Panthers ran the score to 35-0 after the extra point.

With 5:55 left in the season, the Wolves didn't want their year to end with a shutout.

Norwood took the kick at the 25, getting back to the 28.

Demaricus Craven lost three on first down and gained it back on the next play. A sweep by Craven put the ball at the Prescott 42 to keep the drive going.

Craven gained eight to midfield on first down, then made it to the Panther 45 for a Prescott first down.
