Richard JesterPublished Wednesday, October 31, 2001 in the Gurdon TimesRichard Alvin Jester, 59, of Gurdon, died Wednesday, October 24, 2001. Jester was a carpenter and attended the Curtis Assembly of God Church. Survivors include wife, Shirley Dehaven Jester of Gurdon; two sons, Phillip Jester and David Bunnell of Gurdon; three daughters, Debbie Milner of Curtis, Phyllis Roy of Prescott, and Nicole McMillan of Gurdon; two sisters, Jeanie Stone of Gurdon and JoAnn Jordan of Arkadelphia; his parents, Sherman and Ola Mae Jester of Gurdon; 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Funeral services were held Friday, October 26, at the Curtis Assembly of God Church with Bro. Tony Burrow officiating.
