Christmas parade planned

Gurdon's Chamber of Commerce is expecting to have one of it's best Christmas parades ever this coming year.

However, the Chamber cannot do it without help from the public. It's asking all churches, civic groups, schools, organizations and anything interesting to enter the Christmas parade.

This year's parade theme is "A Storybook Christmas". Contestants may use the theme or go with theirr own ideas. There will be prizes given to the best entry.

The Chamber's Christmas T-shirts are being sold to raise money for the parade. T-shirts can be ordered from Chamber of Commerce. Theresa Hayes at Cabe Land is taking the orders.
