Willie RoeGriffin Leggett Forst Hills Funeral HomePublished Wednesday, September 19, 2001 in the Nevada County Picayune Willie Blanche Roe, 84, of Little Rock, passed away Wednesday, September 12, 2001. She was born June 10, 1917 in Bluff City, to Blanche Crowell Callaway and Jack Crowell. She was retired from Allright Parking. She was the widow of Clark Roe. Survivors include a daughter Frances Sobol, and her husband Fred, of Libertyville, Illinois; a son J.L. Roe and wife, Jane, of Little Rock; grandsons Jeff Sobol, Jason Roe, and granddaughter Jennifer Seyller. A gathering for Roe was held 10 a.m. Friday, September 14, in the Chapel of Griffin Leggett Forest Hills Funeral Home, 10200 Highway 5 North, Alexander, Ark. 72002. Interment followed at 1:30 p.m. at Bluff City Cemetery in Bluff City. Visitation was open Thursday, September 13, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 10411 West Markham, St. 130, Little Rock, Ark. 72205.
