Justin Cole Deaton's trial has been set for September 25, 2001, at 9 a.m.

Deaton was originally arrested and charged with manslaughter in the death of 15-year-old Kim Adam's, who died at a party held at Deaton's house.

Deaton was released on $25,000 bond until his trial could be held.

However, Deaton was recently arrested again and charged with driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and possession of an object of crime.

After being arrested the second time, a motion to revoke Deaton's bond was filed and approved.

Deaton was found to be a threat to society with all the following charges on his record.

Deaton is now being held under house arrest.

This means Deaton is to remain at his residence at all times unless he is leaving to attend church on Sunday mornings at 10:40 a.m. or is receiving medical attention.

Deaton is monitored at all times by a tracking bracelet. This bracelet lets the Clark County Sheriff's office know if he has left his residence.

According to a court order filed on August 16, under no circumstances is Deaton to drive.

If medical attention is needed he must first notify the probation department, and tell them where he is going for said medical treatment and he is to notify them upon the completion of the medical treatment and then return directly home.

Also, any authorized trips that are taken by the defendant will be supervised by one, or both parents. Any driving that is done will be done by Deaton's parents.
