Mary ForthmanHorne Funeral HomePublished Wednesday, August 8, 2001 in the Gurdon Times Mary Frances Forthman, 55, of Arkadelphia died Wednesday, August 1, 2001. Forthman was a homemaker and member of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Arkadelphia. Survivors include one son, Tommy E. Stevens of West Virginia; one daughter, Jayne Jackson of Doddridge; her mother, Ida Cook of Caddo Valley; two sisters, Kay White of Gurdon and Peggy Trout of Hot Springs; and two grandchildren, Crystal and Jennifer.
