A motion has been filed to revoke bond for Justin Cole Deaton.

Deaton was apparently arrested on July 11th by a Caddo Valley Police Officer and charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI), possession of a controlled substance and possession of an instrument of crime.

Deaton was recently charged with manslaughter in the death of 15-year-old Kimberly Adams. Adams died August 27, 2000, while attending a party at Deaton's residence.

Adam's died from Cardiomypathy, a heart condition which lead to cardiac dysrythmia.

According to court records, cardiologist with the Arkansas State Crime lab said if 9-1-1 had been called immediately after Adams was discovered in a seizure like state, her life could have been saved.

Bond was originally set for $25,000 for Deaton, which was posted and he was released.

Deaton's recent arrest on July 11th marks him as a threat to society, according to 9th Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney Henry Morgan, and makes it possible for his bond to be revoked.

Morgan filed a petition to have Deaton's bond revoked.

Deaton was taken to the Clark County jail and released on the municipal charges.

After Morgan filed the petition to revoke Deaton's bond Clark County Circuit Clerk Pam King issued a new warrant for Deaton's arrest.

If arrested Deaton will remain in the Clark County jail until he is tried for the death of Adams.

At this time the actual date of the trial is not known, but is expected to be held the week of August 29th.
