Margaret DavidsonShackelford Funeral HomePublished Wednesday, July 11, 2001 in the Nevada County Picayune Margaret Davidson, 85, of Prescott, died Tuesday, July 3, 2001, in Prescott. Davidson was born July 26, 1915, in Oglesby, Texas, to Jess Mooney and Mary Lamb Mooney. She was a housewife, member of the First United Methodist Church of Emmet, PTA and a member of the Home Demonstration Club and a Sunday school teacher. Survivors include her husband, J.H. Davidson of Prescott; her son, John W. Davidson of Emmet; daughter and son-in-law, Kathleen and Don Mitchell of Emmet; brother, Mike Mooney of Lockney, Texas; sister, Ruth Brown of Oglesby, Texas and six grandchildren. Funeral services were held Thursday, July 5, at the First United Methodist Church in Emmet with Jerry Westmoreland officiating.
