It seemed for a couple of days that March had returned. Such high cold wind. It rearranged everything that would move.

A lot of visitors in church on Sunday. They included Dr. and Mrs. Darren Hamm and girls.

Kelley and Laurie Mollenkopf, Charles and Emily came for a visit with me, Grandmother Aline.

This was also a sad weekend. Emma Lou Fairchild of Dallas passed away. Services were Monday at Union.

Her sister, Maudie Miller, died the next day, on Sunday. Services for her were Tuesday at Bodcaw Baptist Church. She has been a good friend for many years.

Mary Anna Dorman's mother is sick in a Magnolia Hospital.

Ruth and Wanda Baker and Marilyn and Russ Carlton joined Ruth's sister, Lillie Mae Phillips of Hope, and some of her family from Houston ate lunch at Springhill and enjoyed a family visit.

Bobby Poindexter and Betty McMillian are visiting their sister, Mary Lou and Wally Pitman of Horseshoe Bend.
